Scott was called to the Bar in 1971. Scott’s practice primarily consists of insurance, property assessment and valuation, personal injury, and administrative law. Scott has appeared at the B.C. Supreme Court, the B.C. Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada as well as various administrative tribunals. He has represented clients at numerous mediations and arbitrations. Scott has been a lecturer to professional bodies on insurance and property law matters, including on the use of expert evidence and alternative dispute resolution processes to resolve litigation.
